It is a common problem that most organization have monolithic IT systems such as CRM and Database systems. In these systems there is a lot of data. But data is not the same as information. The Excel Spreadsheet Specialist (ESS) is able to combine data from different sources and to show information. E.g in a list or as PivotTable etc for a single user (For groups of users PowerBI is required)
